Hmm, I haven't written in the Diary lately. Nothing interesting is going on though.
All I do is go to work, come home, play Factorio, then sleep. It's fun and satisfying, but maybe I need to stop playing it so much.
I close my eyes and see conveyor belts.
Etrian Odyssey 3 is really hard. I knew that, but maybe I'll play 4 instead...

Did a lot of housework/chores today. Busy. Then, I played D&D in the garage. With 8 people, it's really lively.

I woke up late and played video games all day. More Factorio and also a new game called "Dark and Darker". My friends enjoy it alot, but it's not really the kind of game I'm into. Still fun though (with friends). Now that I'm keeping a diary, writing "I did nothing but play games all day" feels weird.

My roommate accidentally started a fire in the smoker bbq. Everything is okay, but it smelled really good. I didn't want to say that at the time...

Costco has a new item on the menu. It's a giant cookie! It costs $2.50 but is pretty damn big.
I also ate a hot dog there after work. The cookie was more expensive than the hotdog??
I was curious if the prices were the same in Japan at the Costco food court. Turns out they are about the same, and there's more options on the menu. I'm jealous.
I fixed the MacBook. There was some liquid damage on the motherboard, but not severe. I dismantled the laptop and used a hair dryer to dry it out. Cleaned with alcohol, and I was able to charge it again.
I accepted payment for the repair in coffee beans.
I started playing Factorio. I knew this game would be dangerous.
The clock in my room ran out of batteries, so I replaced them. I don't use the clock for keeping time, but it makes a very satisfying "tick-tock" noise. It helps me go to sleep. Just thinking of it makes me...sleepy...

日本のコストコのフードコートの値段はほぼ同じ。メニューはアメリカのメニューより選択肢が多い...うらやましい。
MacBookを修理した。マザーボードにはちょっと液体による損傷があった。分解してドライヤーで乾かした。
コーヒー豆でお支払いいただきました。
Factorioを始めた。このゲームは危険だと思った。
部屋の時計の電池が切れた。時間を表示するために時計を使うことはないが、「チクタク」がすきでし。眠りにつくのに役立ちます。
考えるだけで……ねむたい。

Work was so busy today, I forgot to eat lunch. Many people are returning from their vacations, so there's a lot of technical issues.

Made vegetable soup for dinner. It was okay.
A friend told me that their Macbook was having problems, so I said I would try to fix it. It's a 2016 MacBook... those are difficult to repair. (Doing tomorrow)

After work, I wrote all of this. Translating it was harder than I thought. I have a Japanese dictionary, DeepL, and Google Translate, but some phrases in English are really strange.
Dinner, I made Chicken Tikka Masala. Then, I practiced piano. Backpack Hero's town song is in C# Minor key, so I'll try to learn it!

After work, I made dinner and played Backpack Hero. It's a very cute Roguelike... but maybe a little too easy.
It's similar to Slay the Spire, but with no cards. You can easily execute combos because your items are consistent every turn.
Maybe it gets more difficult?

My garage was a mess, so I cleaned it up. I host a Dungeons and Dragons (D&D) game in my garage on the weekends, so I have to keep it clean. Note: I am only a Player, not a "DM"!

I also finished played a PC game called "Pentiment". It is an adventure game set in the year 1500's Europe. I was speechless when I completed it... it was very good.
PentimentというPCゲームもしましたし終えた。

A friend of mine told me about an anime convention nearby (2 hours distance). It was going to happen in 3 days. It was probably not smart to go on such short notice, but I did it anyway!
